مرکزی رویت ہلال کمیٹی نے رمضان المبارک کا چاند نظر آنے کا اعلان کیا ہے اور پہلا روزہ 23 اپریل 2023 بروز جمعرات کو ہو گا۔

مرکزی رویت ہلال کمیٹی کا اجلاس چیئرمین مولانا عبدالخبیر آزاد کی زیر صدارت اوقاف ہال پشاور میں منعقد ہوا جبکہ اس کے علاوہ زونل کمیٹیوں کے اجلاس بھی متعلقہ ہیڈ کوارٹرز لاہور، کراچی، اسلام آباد اور کوئٹہ میں منعقد ہوئے۔
اجلاس کے بعد مرکزی رویت ہلال کمیٹی کے چیئرمین مولانا عبدالخبیر آزاد نے پریس کانفرنس کے دوران چاند نظر آنے کا اعلان کیا۔

چیئرمین مرکزی رویت ہلال کمیٹی پاکستان نے کہا کہ پاکستان کے اکثر اور بیشتر مقامات پر مطلع ابر آلود رہا اور کچھ مقامات پر مطلع صاف بھی رہا۔

ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان کے مختلف مقامات سے ماہ رمضان المبارک کا چاند نظر آنے کی شہادتیں موصول ہوئیں جن میں بہاولپور، رحیم یار خان، صوابی، قلعہ سیف اللہ، مردان اور دیگر علاقے شامل ہیں اور چاند نظر آ گیا۔

مولانا عبدالخبیر آزاد نے کہا کہ اتفاق رائے سے فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ انشااللہ یکم رمضان المبارک 1444ہجری 23 مارچ 2023 بروز جمعرات کو ہو گا۔

واضح رہے کہ مرکزی رویت ہلال کمیٹی کا اجلاس تقریباً پانچ گھنٹے تک جاری رہا اور اس دوران ملک کے مختلف علاقوں سے شہادتیں موصول ہوتی رہیں اور ان تمام شہادتوں کا جائزہ لینے کے بعد رات 10 بجے کے بعد چاند نظر آنے کا اعلان کیا گیا۔

یہاں یہ بات بھی قابل ذکر ہے کہ سعودی عرب سمیت مشرق وسطیٰ کے اکثر ممالک میں بھی جمعرات کو پہلا روزہ ہو گا۔
مولانا عبدالخبیر آزاد نے میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ کوشش ہے کہ روزہ اور عید ایک دن ہو، پشاور میں اجلاس منعقد کرنے کا مقصد ہی ایک دن روزے کی کاوش ہے، اجلاس میں تمام متعلقہ زونل کمیٹی کے اراکین اور متعلقہ اداروں کے اراکین شریک ہیں، جب بھی شہادتیں موصول ہوئیں تو اعلان کیا جائے گا۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ رمضان المبارک کا چاند دیکھنے کے لیے پشاور میں اجلاس بلایا گیا ہے، ملک بھر سے شہادتیں وصول کریں گے، اجلاس گزشتہ 4 گھنٹوں سے جاری ہے تاہم اب تک چاند نظر آنے یا نہ آنے کے حوالے سے کوئی حتمی فیصلہ نہیں کیا جاسکا ہے۔

ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر محکمہ موسمیات عالم زیب نے کہا کہ پشاور میں رمضان کا چاند تقریباً 24 منٹ تک دیکھا جاسکتا ہے، 6 بج کر 53 منٹ سے 7 بج کر 13 منٹ تک چاند نظر آنے کا وقت ہے، پشاور میں رمضان کا چاند بادلوں کی وجہ سے نظر آنے میں مشکلات ہیں۔

دوسری جانب ماہرین کے مطابق غروب آفتاب کے وقت چاند کی عمر 21 گھنٹے ہو گی، اگر مطلع صاف ہو تو اسے دیکھنا آسان ہوگا۔واضح رہے کہ گزشتہ روز سعودی سپریم کورٹ نے شہریوں سے رمضان المبارک کا چاند دیکھنے کی اپیل کی تھی، تاہم مملکت میں چاند نظر آنے کی شہادت موصول نہیں ہوئی تھی۔

سعودی عرب میں 23 مارچ جمعرات کو یکم رمضان المبارک 1444 ہجری ہوگا، حرمین شریفین (مسجد الحرام اور مسجد نبوی ﷺ) میں آج بعد نماز عشا تراویح ادا کی جائے گی۔

سعودی عرب کی وزارت انصاف نے اعلان کیا تھا کہ چاند دیکھنے کے لیے ایک خودکار الیکٹرانک نظام متعارف کرایا گیا ہے۔

سعودی گزیٹ کے مطابق منگل کی شام سعودی عرب کی رویت ہلال کا اجلاس منعقد ہوا جس میں کسی نے بھی چاند دیکھنے کی شہادت نہیں دی، لہٰذا بدھ کو 30 شعبان ہوگی اور رمضان المبارک کا پہلا روزہ جمعرات کو رکھا جائے گا۔

علاوہ ازیں متحدہ عرب امارات میں کمیٹی نے بھی اعلان کیا کہ منگل 21 مارچ کو رمضان کا چاند نظر نہیں آیا جس کے بعد پہلا روزہ جمعرات 23 مارچ کو ہوگا۔Moon of Ramadan was sighted in Pakistan, Thursday is the first day of fasting.…

The Central Sawing of the Crescent Committee has announced the sighting of the moon of Ramadan and the first fast will be on Thursday, April 23, 2023.

The Central Sighting Hilal Committee meeting was held at Awqaf Hall Peshawar under the chairmanship of Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, while the meetings of the Zonal Committees were also held at the respective headquarters in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Quetta.
After the meeting, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, Chairman of the Central Sawing of the Crescent Committee, announced the sighting of the moon during a press conference.

Chairman Central Sighting of the Crescent Committee of Pakistan said that the forecast was cloudy in most places of Pakistan and the forecast was clear in some places.

He said that testimonies of the sighting of the moon of the month of Ramadan were received from various places in Pakistan, including Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Swabi, Qila Saifullah, Mardan and other areas and the moon was seen.

Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad said that it was decided by consensus that the 1st of Ramadan 1444 Hijri will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023.

It should be noted that the meeting of the central Sighting of the Crescent Committee continued for about five hours and during this time testimonies were received from different parts of the country and after reviewing all these testimonies, the sighting of the moon was announced after 10 pm.

It is also worth mentioning here that the first fast will be held on Thursday in most countries of the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia.
Talking to the media, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad said that there is an effort to make fasting and Eid on one day, the purpose of holding a meeting in Peshawar is to try to fast on one day, all the relevant zonal committee members and members of relevant institutions will attend the meeting. Participating, will be announced whenever the testimonies are received.

He said that a meeting has been called in Peshawar to see the moon of Ramadan, they will receive testimonies from all over the country.

Deputy Director of Meteorological Department Alam Zeib said that the moon of Ramadan can be seen in Peshawar for about 24 minutes, the moon sighting time is from 6:53 to 7:13, the moon of Ramadan in Peshawar due to clouds. There are difficulties in seeing.

On the other hand, according to experts, the age of the moon will be 21 hours at the time of sunset, if the information is clear, it will be easy to see. It should be clear that yesterday the Saudi Supreme Court appealed to the citizens to see the moon of Ramadan, however, the kingdom I did not receive evidence of moon sighting.

In Saudi Arabia, Thursday, March 23, will be the 1st of Ramadan 1444 Hijri, the Isha Taraweeh prayer will be offered later today in the two holy places (Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi).

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Justice announced that an automated electronic system for moon sighting has been introduced.

According to the Saudi Gazette, on Tuesday evening, Saudi Arabia’s meeting on the sighting of the crescent moon was held in which no one testified to seeing the moon, so Wednesday will be the 30th of Sha’ban and the first fast of Ramadan will be observed on Thursday.

In addition, the committee in the United Arab Emirates also announced that the moon of Ramadan was not sighted on Tuesday, March 21, after which the first fast will be on Thursday, March 23.
