Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader was murdered on 27th of December, 2007 by terrorists in Rawalpindi while she was returning from a public meeting during 2008 general elections campaign. Talking to media senior party worker and ex-general secretary peoples youth organization Advocate Rawalpindi Asghar Ali Mubarak paid tribute to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto who sacrificed her life for the restoration of democracy in the country. He vowed to follow her footsteps to carry out her mission for the progress and development of the country. Piracha said that Benazir Bhutto never compromised on principal and did not bow before the dictators.
